How to Return

Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mellomori@163.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
